SHIPPING INFO

ALL Plants are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY to avoid any delays in delivery.

Non-perishables will be posted Monday to Thursday.

For Rural delivery please allow an extra 2-3 days on top of normal delivery times.

Your orders are shipped either the same day or the following day (within our shipping days of Monday to Thursday)

We pride ourselves in our secure packaging, but if anything is to happen to your items, please make contact within 24hours of receiving the package, with photos of the damaged product. We will be in contact asap to find a resolution.

SHIPPING RATES:

*FREE SHIPPING URBAN ORDER OVER $100 - Ts & Cs: If oversized items are ordered, a postage fee will incur for the oversized item(s) ordered.

If any of these apply, we will contact you via email to arrange delivery.

 

Prices as of August 2023 and are subject to change.

Large or overweight items will incur an extra cost, please do not hesitate to message us if you are unsure what these items may be or if your order may be considered oversized.

 

An example, but not limited to;

  • 75cm & 100cm Fernfibre poles

  • 20 litres or more of substrate

  • 60cm & 120cm grow lights

  • 10 or more of the 23cm pots

RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the fragile nature of plants, plants are non refundable so please choose carefully.

Non perishables eg, pots, can be exchanged or refunded within 14days of purchase.

If a product or order is to be returned or exchanged the Freight portion is non refundable.

If product arrives damaged, notification must be given within 24hours of receiving the product and proof of damaged provided eg, photograph
